شهدت مدينة الرباط، صباح يوم الثلاثاء 10 مارس 2026، زيارة إنسانية متميزة قام بها وفد دبلوماسي رفيع المستوى يضم رؤساء بعثات وسفراء الدول الأعضاء في رابطة دول جنوب شرق آسيا (ASEAN) المعتمدين لدى المملكة المغربية، وذلك إلى مقر جمعية سفراء السعادة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة. وتندرج هذه المبادرة في إطار تعزيز قيم التضامن الإنساني وترسيخ التعاون الدولي في المجال الاجتماعي.
وضم الوفد الدبلوماسي كلاً من:
سعادة السيد Leslie J. Baja، سفير جمهورية الفلبين،
سعادة السيد Fabio Chinda، سفير مملكة تايلاند،
سعادة السيد Dato’ Shahabudeen Bin Adam Shah، سفير ماليزيا،
سعادة السيدة Le Kim Quy، سفيرة جمهورية فيتنام،
سعادة السيد Yuyu Sutisna، سفير جمهورية إندونيسيا،
السيدة Nur Hafizah Al-Islam Binti Awang Mahani، القائمة بالأعمال بسفارة بروناي.
كما حضر هذه المناسبة عدد من الشخصيات المنتخبة والفعاليات المؤسساتية والمدنية، من بينهم:

السيد عبد الإله البوزيدي رئيس مجلس مقاطعة أكدال،
السيد عبد العزيز الدريوش رئيس مجلس عمالة الرباط،
السيد علي المغاري رئيس جمعية الوئام للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة،
السيدة فاطمة الزهراء وهبي مستشارة بوزارة الشباب والثقافة والتواصل،
السيدة سهام أبو عبد الله نائبة غرفة الصناعة والتجارة لجهة الرباط-سلا-القنيطرة،
السيدة نادية الرحماني رئيسة قسم بالأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لجهة الرباط-سلا-القنيطرة،
السيدة هدى الخشين مستشارة بمجلس عمالة الرباط،
والسيد توفيق بجمال رئيس جمعية التضامن.
وقد كان في استقبال الوفد الدبلوماسي السيد منير ميسور، رئيس جمعية سفراء السعادة للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، إلى جانب مديرة المركز السيدة إيمان، وعدد من مربيات وأطر الجمعية، إضافة إلى آباء وأولياء أمور الأطفال المستفيدين من خدماتها.
وفي كلمة له بالمناسبة، رحّب السيد منير ميسور بالضيوف الكرام، معرباً عن اعتزازه الكبير بهذه الزيارة التي وصفها بالمبادرة الإنسانية النبيلة، لما تحمله من رسائل تضامن وتقدير للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، وكذا للجهود التي يبذلها الفاعلون في المجال الاجتماعي.
وأكد رئيس الجمعية أن حضور رؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية لدول آسيا يعكس اهتماماً متزايداً على الصعيد الدولي بقضايا الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، كما يشكل فرصة مهمة لتعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب في مجالات العمل الاجتماعي والإنساني.
كما اغتنم هذه المناسبة لرفع أسمى عبارات الشكر والامتنان إلى صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله، على العناية السامية التي يوليها جلالته للأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، وعلى دعمه المتواصل للعمل الاجتماعي والجمعوي بالمملكة، مشيراً إلى أن الدعم الملكي الذي حظيت به الجمعية شكل حافزاً قوياً لمواصلة مسيرتها الإنسانية وخدمة هذه الفئة بكل تفانٍ وإخلاص.
وتخللت هذه الزيارة جولة داخل مرافق الجمعية، حيث اطّلع السفراء والضيوف على مجموعة من الأنشطة والورشات التربوية والاجتماعية التي يستفيد منها الأطفال والأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، والتي تهدف إلى تنمية قدراتهم وتعزيز إدماجهم في المجتمع.
وفي أجواء إنسانية يسودها الفرح والتقدير، قامت جمعية سفراء السعادة بتقديم هدايا تذكارية رمزية للسفراء ورؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية عربون شكر وامتنان على هذه الزيارة الكريمة، فيما بادر السفراء بدورهم إلى تقديم هدايا للأطفال المستفيدين من الجمعية، في لحظة مؤثرة عكست روح التضامن والتآزر الإنساني، خاصة في ظل أجواء شهر رمضان المبارك.
كما عبّر أعضاء الوفد الدبلوماسي ومختلف الحاضرين عن إعجابهم الكبير بالمجهودات التي تبذلها جمعية سفراء السعادة، وبالدور الذي تضطلع به أطرها التربوية ومربياتها في مواكبة الأطفال ودعمهم، منوهين كذلك بالدور المهم الذي يقوم به الآباء وأولياء الأمور في مرافقة أبنائهم وتشجيعهم على الاندماج والمشاركة الفاعلة في الحياة المجتمعية.
واختُتمت هذه الزيارة في أجواء إنسانية متميزة، حيث شكلت مناسبة لتعزيز علاقات الصداقة والتقارب بين المملكة المغربية ودول رابطة جنوب شرق آسيا، كما فتحت آفاقاً واعدة للتعاون والشراكات المستقبلية في المجالين الاجتماعي والإنساني، خدمة لقضايا الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة وترسيخاً لقيم الكرامة والإدماج.
Rabat: Humanitarian Visit by Heads of ASEAN Missions to the “Ambassadors of Happiness” Association for Persons with Disabilities
The city of Rabat hosted, on the morning of Tuesday, March 10, 2026, a distinguished humanitarian visit by a high-level diplomatic delegation comprising heads of missions and ambassadors of the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) accredited to the Kingdom of Morocco. The visit was made to the “Ambassadors of Happiness” Association for Persons with Disabilities, in an initiative that reflects the values of human solidarity and strengthens bridges of international cooperation in the social field.
The diplomatic delegation included:
His Excellency Mr. Leslie J. Baja, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines;
His Excellency Mr. Fabio Chinda, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand;
His Excellency Mr. Dato’ Shahabudeen Bin Adam Shah, Ambassador of Malaysia;
Her Excellency Ms. Le Kim Quy, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
His Excellency Mr. Yuyu Sutisna, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia;
and Ms. Nur Hafizah Al-Islam Binti Awang Mahani, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Brunei.
The event was also attended by several elected officials and representatives of institutional and civil society bodies, including:
Mr. Abdessalam Bekkari, Councilor;
Mr. Abdelilah Bouzidi, President of the Agdal District Council;
Mr. Abdelaziz Driouch, President of the Rabat Provincial Council;
Mr. Ali Al-Maghari, President of the Al-Wiam Association for Persons with Disabilities;
Ms. Fatima Zahra Wahbi, Advisor at the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication;
Ms. Siham Abu Abdullah, Vice-Representative of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region;
Ms. Nadia Rahmani, Head of Department at the Regional Academy of Education and Training of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra;
Ms. Houda El Khchine, Advisor at the Rabat Provincial Council;
and Mr. Toufik Bejmal, President of the Solidarity Association.
The diplomatic delegation was welcomed by Mr. Mounir Mayssour, President of the “Ambassadors of Happiness” Association for Persons with Disabilities, alongside the center’s director Ms. Imane, members of the association’s educational staff and caregivers, as well as parents and guardians of the children benefiting from the association’s services.
In his address on the occasion, Mr. Mounir Mayssour warmly welcomed the distinguished guests, expressing his great pride in this visit, which he described as a remarkable humanitarian initiative carrying messages of solidarity and appreciation for persons with disabilities and for the efforts made by actors in the social field.
The association’s president emphasized that the presence of the heads of ASEAN diplomatic missions reflects a growing international interest in issues concerning persons with disabilities, and represents an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences and expertise in the field of social and humanitarian work.
He also took the opportunity to express his highest gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, for the special care His Majesty grants to persons with disabilities and for his continuous support for social and associative work in the Kingdom. He noted that the royal support received by the association has provided strong momentum for continuing its humanitarian mission and serving this group with dedication and commitment.
The visit also included a tour of the association’s facilities, during which the ambassadors and guests were introduced to a number of educational and social activities and workshops benefiting children and persons with disabilities, aimed at developing their abilities and strengthening their integration into society.
In a warm humanitarian atmosphere filled with joy and appreciation, the Ambassadors of Happiness Association presented symbolic commemorative gifts to the ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions as a token of gratitude for their visit. In turn, the ambassadors offered gifts to the children benefiting from the association, in a touching moment reflecting the spirit of solidarity and human compassion, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.
Members of the diplomatic delegation and the attendees also expressed their admiration for the remarkable efforts made by the Ambassadors of Happiness Association, praising the important role played by its educational staff and caregivers in supporting and guiding the children. They also commended the significant role of parents and guardians in accompanying their children and encouraging them to integrate and participate actively in community life.
The visit concluded in a distinguished humanitarian atmosphere, serving as an opportunity to strengthen ties of friendship and rapprochement between the Kingdom of Morocco and the ASEAN countries, while opening promising prospects for future cooperation and partnerships in the social and humanitarian fields, in support of the rights of persons with disabilities and in promotion of the values of dignity and inclusion.
